Are you currently or wanting to support QCC community initiatives to engage public in taking action for a safer and healthier future? Then this training is for you!

Join us for a training on how to have conversations to engage and move people into taking action. You will learn key techniques that you can apply straight away.

At Queensland Conservation Council we are uniting people in a powerful movement for nature and climate justice, with a vision for a healthy environment and safe climate for all. Together we need to stand up and get organised to protect nature, climate and communities. We need people power to win our campaigns! A critical way to build our people power is to have conservations with people to engage and ask them to take action on the issues they care about.

Some of QCC's main community initiatives to gain supporters and action takers for our campaigns are events, market stalls and door knocking. Through applying conversational techniques and experience, we can connect to people in communities, talk about our campaigns and relate actions they can take to their values.

Come along to this in-person training to find out how to structure persuasive conversations, talk about QCC campaigns and inspire others to take action.
