Roadside Action to Mark the 2022 Flood Anniversary

In late February 2022, severe rain and flooding inundated more than 20,000 homes in Southeast Queensland and many more areas in our region, and moved across the border into New South Wales. Let's come together in action reflecting on the long-lasting and devastating impacts felt by our communities as the nation marks the second year anniversary of the Southeast Queensland and New South Wales 2022 floods.  

Join us for an afternoon of solidarity and remembrance for the impacted victims, communities and our precious nature to help raise local awareness of the need for action on climate! 

We need to be present in the community to build our power, and roadside actions are a great way to engage and bring awareness around climate change whilst we reflect on the impacts. The more we are in the community, visible and seen, the easier it will become for us to engage the community into action. All you need to do is show up, the more the merrier!
