Brisbane could be the host of the 2032 Olympic games.

Are we inviting people to a Qld still powered on fossil fuels, where we are seeing increasingly devastating climate impacts? Or to a state with a safe climate, thriving ecosystems, and powered by 100% renewable energy?

Join us for a fun media action with a very special guest speaker at the front of the Gabba calling on the Qld government to commit to 100% renewable energy powered Qld before the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.

Japan organisers have stated that they will achieve net zero emissions for the Games this year, and all Olympics from 2024 are to be “Climate Positive”.

This is an opportunity for Queensland to go for gold on the global stage. The Qld Government need to commit to powering our state and our Olympics with 100% renewable energy.
