🏙️🌿🌱 Come and join us at the busy Brisbane City Markets! 🌱🌿🏙️
Accommodating a variety of visitors, from city workers to tourists, the original Brisbane City Market in Reddacliff Place has a lot of foot traffic and, therefore, a lot of opportunities to chat with members of the public about ways they can help us protect nature.
We would love for you to come and help us spread the word at our stall about the Protect Beautiful Queensland (PBQ) campaign! Sharpen up your conversation skills, whilst joining other nature lovers to build awareness and support for doubling the amount of protected areas in Queensland by 2030 for us all to enjoy and explore, and for our beautiful native species, like koalas, greater gliders and glossy black-cockatoos to thrive in!
If you are new to this kind of thing, no worries! We will show you the ropes and there will be staff and/or other experienced volunteers there at all times. It's easy and fun! We'll also be handing out some cool freebies, like stickers, tote bags and even t-shirts as a reward for those who engage with our campaign.
