🌏🌳🐨 Come and join us to celebrate World Environment Day at the IndigiScapes Environment and Community Fair! 🐨🌳🌏
The wonderful Ranger Stacey will be hosting the free family event located on 14 hectares of natural bush and botanic gardens, which will include an excellent line up of entertainment, special guests and the very popular IndigiScapes Eco Markets! There will also be opportunities to get up close to native wildlife, nature-based activities and face painting and play for children!
If you can spare 45 mins, we would love for you to come and help us spread the word about the Protect Beautiful Queensland (PBQ) campaign at our stall there! Join other nature lovers at our stall to build awareness and support for doubling the amount of protected areas in Queensland by 2030 for us all to enjoy and explore, and for our beautiful native species, like koalas, greater gliders and glossy black-cockatoos to thrive in!
If you are new to this kind of thing, no worries! We will show you the ropes and there will be staff and/or other experienced volunteers there at all times. It's easy and fun! We'll also be handing out some cool freebies as a reward for those who engage with our campaign.
