How We Win Better Nature Laws

Australia’s nature laws are broken. Our current 26-year-old EPBC Act, hasn't stopped excessive deforestation, extinction, or habitat loss. 

The ALP Government has introduced a bill looking to update these laws, but they are not good enough. Our nature laws should protect life - not loopholes.

This is a once-in-a-generation chance to influence the biggest reform for nature laws. Parliament has to get it right.
