You know that we need Climate Action Now - let's help others in our neighbourhood join the movement at this critical time.
Join the Climate Action Doorknock (followed by a picnic) on the 30th of April in Alderley (Sedgley Park) with QCC and ACF.
With soaring Antarctic temperatures and not 1 but 2 rounds of flooding hitting Australia's east coast, this is a critical time to be calling on our elected representatives for real Climate Action Now.
At 9.30 in the morning, we'll hear insights from local campaigners before running through some Climate Conversations basics and heading out in pairs to find like minded folks to host Climate Action Now signs on some high impact streets in Alderly.
We'll get creative afterwards writing out Climate Action Now with our signs - to create and epic image for social media - then we'll debrief and celebrate with a picnic in the park.
It's essential that over the next 3 weeks we demonstrate that Queenslanders want REAL action on Climate - so join us for this event ahead of many more in the weeks to come.
