The Queensland Government recently released a Bill to legislate the state’s new 75% by 2035 emission reduction target. This is an incredible leap in the right direction for the Sunshine State!
But with less than a year until Queensland's next state election, we need all major political parties to support this new target, as well as Queensland's clean energy targets, to lock them in. Take a moment to email State Opposition Leader David Crisafulli and Sam O'Connor, Shadow Minister for Environment and the Great Barrier Reef, today to demonstrate that positive moves on climate are supported by voters!
