STEPS:

1. Create a new basic page or clone this page

2. Create a custom template (Page Settings > Template > Create Custom Template ) and delete all the code

3. Create your campaign in https://my.campaignnow.co/ more info here: http://support.campaignnow.co/ (Note: on step 1 include the person tag, on step 2 of CampaignNow include "Last Name", "City", "Zip" and be sure to edit the subject line and body. Body is required to be HTML.

4. Copy the final code and paste it into the Custom Page Template (Step 2.)

5. Add the tag "Admin CampaignNow" to your basic page

6. 🎉

CUSTOMISATIONS:

• Optionally add the "Admin CampaignNow Automatch QLD Mps" tag to your action page - that will automatically add the feature to match the supporter's postcode to their local electorate and set the MP as the target email
• To add information to the top of the form, include 2 horizontal lines "<hr><hr>" below the body content, like the example below
