Flynn O'Hallahan/Regional Environment Advocate, Rockhampton

Flynn is a local to Central Queensland and understands the vital importance of regional engagement. With a background in communication, he has worked for unions and undertaken various local media roles in the region, many tied into the renewable transition.

Flynn has volunteered to fight against native deforestation and gas projects, and has served as Youth Minister for the Environment where he built strong regional connections. Now he’s keen to put that experience to work as Rockhampton’s Regional Environmental Advocate.
